Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our hand-made and small-batch organic and seasonal products, we do not offer returns on any of our products at this time. 

We offer a 30-day product guarantee policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, you have 30 days after receiving it to request a refund. We will not refund shipping charges.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within five days of receiving your order and provide a photograph illustrating the quality-related issue or damage during shipment and we will gladly replace the item.

We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or giftcards.
